For the perfect place to stay in Fairhope -

a romantic getaway, a southern wedding reception, or a Gulf Coast family reunion, our staff is here to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and memorable. 

Each suite is private, spacious and creatively designed, perfectly balancing the charm and sophistication of our historic Eastern Shore area while providing the amenities appreciated by today’s travelers.

We are happy to make recommendations for dining, shopping or other activities in the area. We also encourage you to explore our Little Point Clear charter & adventures for more information on our sunset cruises and daytime charters of the Mobile Bay.  Kayaks and Paddle Boards are complimentary during your stay.

 

We provide cleaning and sanitizing measures to meet Covid19 precautions in all our suites. 

All accommodations have separate entrances and individual ventilation systems to ensure your safety.

The Balcony Suite can sleep up to 7 guests in a spacious floor plan with a large common area and full kitchen. Its unique features are perfect for a fun family vacation or girls' trip. Located on the second floor, guests can also enjoy a large 54’ balcony overlooking the courtyard.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

Full payment by credit card is required to confirm all reservations. To receive a full refund (less processing fee),

you must notify us within 14 days of cancellation. Fees apply afterwards (half the cost of the reservation)

 Reservations made through a reception contract are nonrefundable.

Room rates shown are for double occupancy, subject to change without notice and do not include local taxes or hospitality fees

 Certain holidays and special-event weekends may require a three night stay.

Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm. Checkout by 11am. Extended check-in/out hours are available.

Pet policy: Your four-legged friends are welcome in the South Point Suite and Middle Bay Studio & Loft.

 We try to be flexible with our pet policy, however, unattended animals must be crated. Pet Fee is $75.
